Job Description

As Junior Office Manager, you will support planning, organizing, and controlling of all operational aspects of the Company, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data that support Company’s processes.

You will play a significant role in the growth of the company and maintain cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure efficiencies.

This is a full-time position, based in our Singapore office.

Duties & Responsabilities :

  • Support the day-to-day operations and administration of Japan and Australia offices.
  • Be the contact person for APAC staff, provide phone / receptionist function, ensuring an accurate, efficient and polite service to external and internal users.
  • Manage Payroll.
  • Process expense reports and manage staff travel arrangements.
  • Partner with HR to support onboarding new employees.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable management
  • Process income and expenditure.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes and update manuals as needed.
  • Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed.
  • Duties & Responsabilities :

  • Be primary point-person for Munich office, provide phone / receptionist function, ensuring an accurate, efficient and polite service to external and internal users.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate policies and processes and update manuals as needed.
  • Process expense reports and manage staff travel arrangements.
  • Partner with HR to support recruitment, orienting and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist with local event organization as needed.
  • Collaborate with your team to integrate a supportive culture.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable management
  • Process income and expenditure.
  • Contribute to team effort by performing related tasks as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor degree or field related diploma. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Software industry is desired.
  • Fluent in English and required to have at least JLPT N2 or N3, the role requires to liaise with Japan subsidiary and occasional translations from Japanese to English.
  • Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communications and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Sympathy with and understanding of the world of Software.
