You are responsible for

  • Review Service Work Orders (SWO), investigate and evaluate service order records and other relevant documented service events in prescribed time to ensure feedback / complaint process compliance to regulatory requirements and standards (ISO / FDA, etc.).
  • Code each SWO according to Philips Coding Guidelines to provide trending information necessary for product quality monitoring.
  • Assist and train ASEAN Customer Care Center (CCC), Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Application Specialists in awareness of potential safety events and escalations, and accurate documentation of service events.
  • Provide training on quality service record requirements for business partners such as distributors or authorized service provider.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in Quality and / or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Open to fresh graduates.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Access and Excel is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in the areas of verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle several projects concurrently.
  • Must be self-motivated and have ability to take ownership of her / his responsibilities.
  • Must be a team player and capable of working with minimal supervision.
