Job Title : Client Partner

Job Summary :

The Client Partner manages multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or manages multiple clients through the ability to understand Client marketing and business objectives and develops high-level strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities :

The role is primarily about growth

You are passionate about growing a business; you see growth as the lifeblood of a healthy business that drives personal development, client impact and financial performance.

You leverage your existing relationship networks amongst the marketing, business and IT leadership community of SEA to identify new opportunities to grow our business.

You will lead complex multi-disciplinary pitches for tier one clients, bringing strategic thinking, industry knowledge and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

You will also help grow our existing client relationships, delivering greater impact for them.

Client Stewardship

You have very strong client relationship skills; a proven track record of building strong personal and professional relationships with CMOs, CIOs, CEOs and business leads of large organizations.

  • Your relationships are based on your ability to provide a point of a view, an opinion, a new perspective to senior executives on the trends and currents impacting their business;
  • that makes you a trusted advisor. One of your strengths is your ability to knit together a broad range of capabilities in the service of helping our clients win in their markets.

    Leadership

    You know how to rally, inspire and coach highly talented team members with big ambitions and aspirations. You are relentlessly optimistic and a source of positive energy for those around you.

    You are comfortable working with creative, technologists, strategists; you have a genuine appreciation for creativity and an interest in technology and its impact on humankind.

    You display intellectual curiosity and openness to learn about new industries, new fields, new disciplines and are excited by change and learning.

    You are entrepreneurial and like to operate across a number of clients. You are willing to take risks and have the resilience to respond positively to challenges.

    Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital, transformation and technology. You are likely to have a background in consulting, digital or transformational leadership
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and growing a portfolio of 3-5M+. Not just a salesperson, you have broad experience and strong client network up to and including C-
  • level executives. You are able to both generate and close business, and strike a healthy balance between these two

  • Experience in bringing together teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, media and strategy)
  • Domain expertise (retail, Telco, CPG) would be a huge asset
  • Experience in technology, marketing and cross channel commerce highly desired
  • Experience with global delivery highly desirable
  • Experience of meeting / exceeding revenue / profit targets
  • Ability to travel overnight when required
