Communication with external and internal candidates. Communication with internal hiring stakeholders across all levels of the business including senior leadership.
Communication with external recruitment partners i.e. recruitment agencies and other vendors. Management of data accuracy in the Nike hiring system.

hoc talent acquisition projects as needed Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Business / HR related qualifications 2-4 years recruitment / support / coordination experience in MNC is highly preferred Excellent multi-
tasking and prioritization skills. Must be efficient and comfortable working against aggressive hiring deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent people skills and communication skills both written (email) and verbal. Must understand the importance of the candidate experience’ in the hiring process.
Must be able to take a pro-active approach to their work.
