Key responsibilities :

  • Provide sales strategy and performance trends to drive revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen and analytic ability with capability of identifying business trends and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improvise the current process and regional frameworks to deliver higher level of efficiency and productivity , while delivering superior customer experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Ownership of monthly & quarterly sales performance metrics / dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Distill complex research or analysis into simple and compelling recommendations for management
  • Seeks opportunities to work collaboratively across boundaries for shared wins
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements :

  • Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, MBA qualifications would be preferred
  • 5 years of hands on sales / consumer banking experience with exposure to investment & insurance plus cards & loan product groups
  • Strong business acumen and analytic ability with capability of identifying business trends and opportunities
  • Prior success navigating complex organizations spanning multiple businesses and geographies
  • Strong understanding of regulatory & consumer trends in retail financial services
  • Superior interpretive and problem solving skills Analytical and modeling skills a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities required
  • Strategic thinker with experience in a global organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills required
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Acts with curiosity and takes the initiative to identify problems, offer creative solutions and resolve issues
